it might uncover your involvement in the theft of my daughters assets, ordered the use

whom you knew would disapprove it instead of Judge Baxter as was clearly agreed

We have made a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, the substance of which
clearly shows that major and widespread fraud occurred and that you were not the
only one to have altered and falsified documents or to have lied in an effort to assure
the outcome in our case.
Tragically you delivered our family, a 42 year old single father with a 12 year old
daughter, into the hands of a student social worker who was not only recently
divorced and emotionally distraught from the suicide of her brother but was an incest
survivor whos father was career military. The substance of the FOIA request is a
roadmap for exposing the lies and abuses that you have helped to cover up with your
actions and your lies.
Within days after the February 29th 2000 hearing where you are alarmed by my
exwifes over 50 guns and acknowledge I may have acted in self-defense, I am given
an instant history of violence both past and present in a coordinated one - two punch.
First by the social worker who read the following statement in my psychological
evaluation dated March 5 2000 which contains the passage; " Inasmuch as past
behavior is the predictor of future behavior a better understanding of Mr. Bares
history
of violence in other settings is recommended. It may be helpful to gain access to his
military record or have discussions with his exwife and family to ascertain if there has
been a pattern of violence in the past."
She (and her supervisor) then produced a document (back)dated 30 February 2000
and entered the following statement. "Mr. Bares daughter and Monica Lopez both
have made reference to at least two incidents in which Mr. Bare was involved in
violence; military records have not been requested and documentation to prove or
disprove this information has not been accessed".

Secondly I am implicated in a rape and murder attempt on my exwife within three
weeks of the hearing. Although no charges are filed and I do not find out for almost a
year, it leads to the cancellation of my preliminary hearing and was used to indict me
in secret on the original domestic violence charges.
